Activity Exchange can arrange for Backups of your Photo Albums. This is not an easy thing to do as Photo Albums are quite big, too big to email out to clubs at all let alone on a regular basis. In recognistion of this Activity Exchange offers a DVD backup of your Clubs Photo Albums. As this will involve a significant amount of manual effort a charge of £10 per backup will be made for this service. This is a fully inclusive price that covers the copying of the data onto one or more DVDs, the cost of the DVDs, postage and packing. The Backup will be a complete dump of all the Album folders and as such will include all the displayed pictures, the original downloaded pictures and the thumbnails.
