| THE NORTH STAFFS IVC is a social group and activity group that began in 1946 (IVC stands for "Inter-Varsity Club"). It is NOT a singles group OR a dating agency. The club has both Single and Married members, and those in relationships. Today people from many walks of life join the IVC to also enjoy a varied and exciting social life, throughout the UK. CURRENTLY the club has 160 members, however we're always looking for new members, of all ages, whether singles or couples, to join us in having a great time. You can make new friends, and have the chance to do new activities you have never experienced before. We have no limits on what we may do, and are always open to new idea's. The club has a committee whose job is to help with the smooth running of the club. This changes every October when we hold our AGM. INTERESTED IN JOINING US? Prior to joining you are asked to attend six events - this enables you to meet other members and see what we have to offer before you decide whether the IVC is for you. A bulletin is also published each month giving details of events. ******IMPORTANT TO SUBMIT AN EVENT ******** Members MUST first contact the Events Co-ordinators Chris, or Lesley to obtain an Event form (in duplicate). The top copy will then be placed in the Events book, and details will be shown in the Bulletin. The other copy of the form will be forwarded to the AE Webmaster to be added to this site. IMPORTANT NOTE: Not all members have access to a PC, therefore if there is an event that you think a fellow member may be interested in, we'd appreciate it if you could communicate the event details to them.
