The Activity Exchange will only remove or amend material or otherwise restrict the service in the following exceptional and limited circumstances.
- The Activity is not, or appears in the opinion of
the Activity Exchange not to be,
a Social Activity event.
- The email address provided by the Club/Organisation appears to be invalid and the matter cannot be or is not rectified.
- The material is, or appears in the opinion of
the Activity Exchange to be,
defamatory.
- The material is, or appears in the opinion of
the Activity Exchange to be,
concerned with the planning or execution of any Criminal acts.
- The material is, or appears in the opinion of
the Activity Exchange to
be, grossly obscene or offensive (such as Child Pornography or Racist
material).
- The material is, in the opinion of the Activity Exchange, likely to
bring the service into disrepute
- The removal of the Material is ordered by a Court (that has jurisdiction).
Clubs/Organisations that in the opinion of the Activity Exchange cannot be relied upon to keep to
the above standards, or which do not do so, will not be able to continue to use the service.
Users of the Service can be assured that the Activity Exchange will always strive to behave
reasonably and will attempt to negotiate and discuss where this is
feasible and appropriate.
