When the List of Persons is shown for Club Administrators, there is a column called Options. This shows the various options that are selected for this Person. They are coded to save space. These codes are explained here. The Person Options are a series of up to five 'words' separated by a space. Only the relevant words are shown for each Person. It is always possible to work out which word is which as the codes are sufficiently different. The five words are
Individual Logon Type There are three of these. They show the level of Access a Person gets when they Logon using their Individual Logon.
Extended Individual Logon Type These show optional extra levels of Access a Person may get when they Logon using their Individual Logon and their club has enabled Extended Permissions.
Access Codes There are three of these. They show the Access Codes that will be sent to this Person on the 10th of each Month.
Notifications This only has one value which is "N". If present this Person will receive Notifications of New/Changed Activities if the "Tell People" option is selected when the Activity is Added or Changed. Admin Group Membership There are six of these. They show which Admin Groups a Person belongs to. These are the email Groups used by Activity Exchange to send out information about changes made to your clubs data and for other reasons. Normally these should only go to your Clubs or Organisations Officers or Administrators.
