Q. What is an AccessCode? A. An AccessCode is a short jumble of letters and digits that allows you access to your Clubs private information. An AccessCode might be "AX3Y". Q. What is a Logon? A. You can Logon and get access to your Clubs private information by using your email address and your own Password to Logon. Q. Which one should I use? A. You can use whichever one you want 0 Q. What is the advantage of an AccessCode? A. An AccessCode is useful because the same one can be used by everyone in a Club. This means that the club does not have to maintain a list of members and their email addresses on Activity Exchange. Q. What is the advantage of a Logon? A. With a Logon you can choose your own password which can be easier to remember than an AccessCode. Q. How does Activity Exchange know what Club or Clubs I belong to? A. Activity Exchange can tell from the AccessCode or from the Email/Password you use which Club you belong to. You can also put Club Numbers in instead of or as well as AccessCodes on the Home Page. Q. How does Activity Exchange know who I am? A. Activity Exchange can tell who you are if you Logon using your Email and Password. This lets it fill in some items in forms for you. Q. How can I get my Password? A. Simply go to this link Get Your Password and Activity Exchange will give you an initial Password which you can then change to whatever you want. |
