Q. What can an XML download be used for?
A. You can use it to download your Activities from Activity Exchange for use in another system, perhaps to display on your clubs own web site or for making a club bulletin or newsletter.

A. You can use it to upload Activities automatically from your web site to Activity Exchange. If you already run some sort of online Diary system this can allow you to easily show your activities on Activity Exchange as well. Once set up this needs no further maintenance or administrative effort.

Q. How can I access the Download facility?
A. Simply go to your Clubs page on Activity Exchange and click on the "XML" Icon XML Icon. This will then let you save a file of all your clubs Activities onto your Computer. Alternatively you can go to one of your clubs Activities and do the same for just that Activity.

A. To get the full details of your Clubs Activities you need to Logon or enter a current AccessCode.
